BackWerk in Stuttgart

I only came here because of time pressure, very pleasantly surprised. Baked goods taste good and staff friendly. Well, I know it differently from this chain of branches. Possibly. the baked goods were so good because they had just been baked.

Today I witnessed how the saleswoman (dark-skinned) of a customer threw the money on the floor just because the customer wanted to pay with change. She also tore the bag with the pretzel out of her hand. I was shocked, an absolute cheek! This saleswoman should change her job and rather go cleaning toilets.

Employees who do not know the products, the cash register or any kind of courtesy, in addition to pigeons that run around in the branch, often goods baked too dark and on top of that there is only an old stamp card, the stamp (intentionally?) Is almost never visible and BackWerk's own NFC customer base is not accepted at all.

An employee at the cash register is very rude, cheeky

You will be cheeky and insulting only because you have taken an additional cup because the coffee is too hot. Only then follows the information that an additional cup costs 20 cents. When I then looked for the cup topper against the heat of the coffee, I continued in a rude hostile tone: "Haaaaallo Hallloooo here" angeläht. Also my request to talk to me normally, the employee did not comply with the words: "This is your problem if you can not cope with my nature" and remained stubborn, unforgiving and ignorant. You probably did not like my foreign appearance. Unfortunately I could not locate the management to report this incident plus this employee. Never again baked goods at the station!

I did not know this was xenophobia and things like, shouting at and offending the customer ... hiring criteria are. When I witnessed it and asked for the name of the branch manager, the employee was interestingly quick-witted, which did not prevent her from discriminating against the customer in front of me ... No matter the competition is big and very close :-)

Small but nice shop

Very unfriendly staff. An (Asian) employee refused to give me "service" for no apparent reason. After I asked for an opportunity to change money and this was denied, I was completely ignored even on friendly demand, I could not buy anything there. Never again Backwerk Hbf. Stuttgart
